What is the difference between management and services of a realtor?
A realtor will only find tenants. It is more profitable for him to do his work as quickly as possible, while management involves full responsibility for the property. We are interested in increasing the investment attractiveness and finding the most favorable conditions for the owner. We want to establish long-term and prospective cooperation.
Question 02
Does the owner fully influence the terms of the agreement?
Yes, of course. At the time of signing, you can indicate the desired level of involvement. We will inform you of any changes in advance. And you, in turn, will provide us your adjustments. Cooperating with us, you always know what is happening with your real estate now. Monthly reports on the works completed is a confirmation

Does the transfer into management imply a loss of ownership?
No, you only grant us the right to manage. Your real estate entirely remains in your ownership.

Do I have to share profits?
No, you will only sign the agreement and transfer the property into management. You will not have to pay any commission or service fees in advance. We often invest in projects to increase their investment attractiveness. Thanks to our work, the clients’ profit is growing, despite our commission fee.

Are there risks in case of transfer of real estate into management?
No, you do not risk anything when transfer your real estate into management. All our obligations will be set out in the cooperation agreement. We fully comply with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
